Tesorer\u00eda da inicio al juicio ejecutivo de cobro de impuestos y multas adeudadas, conforme lo dispone el <a class=\"addon-citation addon-tooltip addon-preview-pending\" href=\"https:\/\/go.vlex.com\/vid\/238902154?fbt=webapp_preview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-vids=\"238902154\">c\u00f3digo tributario<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>La notificaci\u00f3n, requerimiento y embargo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Practicado el requerimiento en alguna de las formas pertinentes, sin que se obtenga el pago, el recaudador fiscal, personalmente, proceder\u00e1 a la traba del embargo; pero, trat\u00e1ndose de bienes ra\u00edces, el embargo no surtir\u00e1 efecto respecto de terceros, sino una vez que se haya inscrito en el conservador de bienes ra\u00edces correspondiente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Del plazo para oponer excepciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El ejecutado podr\u00e1 oponerse a la ejecuci\u00f3n ante la tesorer\u00eda comunal respectiva, dentro del plazo de 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles contados desde la fecha del requerimiento de pago practicado conforme al art\u00edculo 171\u00b0.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>De las excepciones admisibles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La oposici\u00f3n del ejecutado s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 admisible cuando se funde en alguna de las siguientes excepciones: 1\u00b0.- pago de la deuda. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.a-tributario.cl\/index.php\/prescripcion-impuestos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2\u00b0.- prescripci\u00f3n.<\/a> 3\u00b0.- no empecer el t\u00edtulo al ejecutado.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>B.- ETAPA JUDICIAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta fase no es posible interponer excepciones, sin embargo, nuestra experiencia en esta materia nos permite interponer los recursos legales necesarios, tendientes a paralizar el procedimiento y suspender los remates.
