[vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/3″][vc_column_text]Liquidaciones<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0Constituye\u00a0el acto por el cual el SII determina el impuesto que adeuda el contribuyente, ya sea porque a su juicio no determin\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n tributaria estando obligado a hacerlo, o bien porque el organismo considera que el impuesto declarado no corresponde a la cuantificaci\u00f3n del hecho gravado.<\/p>\n

Giros<\/u>:\u00a0<\/strong>Corresponde a la orden dirigida al contribuyente para pagar un impuesto o una multa, previamente determinados. Si hay liquidaci\u00f3n y giro, s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 reclamarse del \u00faltimo si no se conforma con la liquidaci\u00f3n que le haya servido de antecedente.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
